Single piston DBB structure

In order to ensure the release of pressure acting on the sphere, an external full relief valve must be used.
Nickel plating
The surface of the valve seat product has a standard thickness of 30, 50, 70 microns of nickel. This process is used for the surface treatment of the seat, in order to expand the hardness standard of the surface only 500-600HV to 800-900HV. The main feature of the composition of the coating is a high content of phosphorus, which is operationally compliant with ASTM B656-733-602-571-578.
